The next day I find out one person put on social media a bunch if stuff about the other person that I did not say. I have a upset employee on my office and I'm explaining the situation of how the other person is just using all they can to put her down including involving me. Which I said nothing to one that i didn't say to the other. One put the other down on social media and put me into it. The one thay got put down came to ask me about the situation privately in the office and records the entire conversation without me aware. Now I did not say any of these things one said on social media that I said. I ensured the one that was put down that I said nothing about her and told her that the other is using whatever she can to put her down including pulling me the boss into it. Now the one that got put down recorded our conversation about the social media post without my knowledge. I'm in Georgia can this person record our conversation without me knowing? Even though I said and did nothing wrong was it against the Ga law for her to record our conversation without my consent? However, there were no written complaints, no one has ever been hurt and recording him from the bushes without this 19 year, experienced employee's knowledge is strange and shocking. He later got in a yelling match which I have printed exact details of the event and a conversation with our manager on this harrassment. The manager went on vacation. For one week and I was ignored or placed in danger with heavy machinery for 5 work days, our fill in boss called me gangster and denied the next day that he was trying to show me his inner gangster. I have photos of my tables being purposely cut, binding and losing production twice in 3 days. The situation was discussed as handled. But the associate and his long term friend made all new employees instructions to not help my table needs or to associate with me. I have over 20 detailed pages of further efforts by a crew of 5 trying to frustrate me and raise my blood pressure forcing me to quit. I recorded an employee saying the man who yelled wanted me gone, and that he was retalliating. Meanwhile the other witness allowed me a private conversation to admit he himself was instructed by the person along with the entire crew that no one was to help me and that my table was set up to brake down while our manager was on vacation. You are not required to participate in anything that you feel is illegal. Since they followed up so quickly with firing you, that is called retaliation. The statute of limitations is quick with retaliation cases so you need to sue them ASAP for firing you due to retaliation for reporting their illegal behavior to them. Look up whistleblowing, retaliation, etc on google and it should give you some information.
